Hotels
All TNT teams were originally sent a hotel block for Rosen Inn Pointe on 12/8 at an affordable rate within walking distance of the venue.
Since that block is no longer available, teams are welcome to coordinate other options to stay together.
Recommended option (used by the girls club with great reviews):
Important:
This is not a stay-to-play tournament, so families may book wherever they prefer. However, where you stay is not an excuse for lateness. All athletes must be courtside at the time assigned by their head coach.

Please keep in mind that the longer you wait, the fewer options will be available.

Practice Schedule
Practice Schedule LINK
District Finals are 5/21, and Nationals team practices will begin two weeks after that on 5/31. Teams in the 15s and 16s age groups may begin earlier in open play if most of their players are not on varsity or if their high school teams are eliminated from playoffs.
Since there are only 8 practices before attending Nationals as a team, all practices are considered mandatory.
The only exemption is if a player is still actively competing with their high school team in the state tournament. Any other conflicts must be communicated well in advance.
Players whose high school teams are still competing in states are welcome to attend practice if their schedule allows, but cannot participate in play. These sessions will include discussion and installation of team offensive and defensive systems, so attending is still highly encouraged.
Injured Players
If a player is injured, they should still attend practice with a note indicating what activities they are cleared to do.
Examples:
Sprained ankle: player can work on core, upper body, or setting/hitting mechanics.
Shoulder injury: player can work on core, legs, footwork, or plyometrics.
Illness
If a player is sick enough to miss practice, they should provide a doctor’s note clearing them to return, confirming that it is safe for them to rejoin the team.
Please plan accordingly so we can maximize our limited preparation time leading into Nationals.

AAU Event Schedule will be up 3 days prior to the event. Possible wave schedules per division may arrive sooner.
Do not email the director asking about your schedule. All questions about tournament schedule please ask directly from your teams' head coach.
Club directors always share with head coaches as soon as they get any info. So if you haven't heard anything it's more likely that information isn't out yet.
Spectator Tickets will be on the AAU website before the event for purchase.
