TNT is committed to finding a place to play for as many girls as possible. Our goal is to provide the maximum value and best coaching to improve your player, while remaining cost conscious.
New for 2022-2023.
TNT will utilize floating coaches for all teams at practice. These coaches are very experienced, and will supplement the team's head coach. Floating coaches may be asked to provide specific skill training for players, lead drills for the team, or pull girls aside to correct and improve their technique. We believe this service provides all girls with the chance to improve their technique at practice and become a better player.
TNT will provide a College Recruiting consultant to players that are interested in exploring whether or not they would like to continue their volleyball career at the next level. This resource will provide a recruiting packet to parents and help guide parents and players through the maze of college recruiting.
TNT will form National Level teams that will plan to attend AAU Nationals in Orlando, FL in June 2023. The number of National teams at each age level will be determined based on the talent level of the team, the availability of the coaches and the parental interest expressed to attend a 4 day tournament in June 2023.
Teams at each age group will be designated into the following 3 categories:
National - Teams will attend AAU Nationals in Orlando for the 4 day event in June 2023. Players on these teams will be expected to be dedicated to volleyball, and will be asked to prioritize volleyball over all other sports and extracurricular activities. National teams will practice twice per week and play in mostly overnight tournaments that do not require air travel (except for AAU Nationals).
Travel - Travel teams will practice twice per week and attend a mix of multi-day events and single day events. The traditional TNT teams would all fall under this category. Club leadership and coaches will choose a schedule that best fits the talent level of the team. Most of the events will be 2 day tournaments. Some of the 2 day events may be local and will not require hotel stays.
Regional - Regional teams will play a majority of their tournaments as single day events. Multi day evens may be added within commuting distance to minimize hotel stays. 1-2 hotel events may be added to the schedule to provide team bonding and the full club experience for players and parents.
Travel Costs - VERY IMPORTANT - TNT attends tournaments that are all within driving distance. When comparing costs, don't forget to factor in travel and parents PTO work. With the exception of AAU Nationals in June for National teams, there is no airfare needed. Most TNT tournaments are NOT stay to play, meaning you can use hotel points, stay with friends, or even commute to the tournament.

18U will feature Travel or regional teams only. There will be no National teams at the 18U level.
The season will end by May 1 to allow the players to focus on the final days of their senior year.
Friend requests will be considered when forming teams so girls have he ability to finish their club volleyball career playing with friends. Players will still be expected to tryout and not all players are guaranteed a spot on the team.
